I found my care at Ashtead Hospital to be exemplary. The staff could not have done enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

My procedure/surgery was done to the highest standard especially considering the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
The only challenging thing I found with my treatment was the three way communication/opinion with the physiotherapist and consultant. Their opinions differed quite a lot and I was only given the 8 weekly sessions my consultant asked for and was signed off as soon as possible after that. I do believe the hospital had major constraints due to the Covid-19 pandemic but all the same this was quite disappointing.
Communication between consultant and physiotherapist without me having to be the go-between would be better.

All staff from reception through Covid swab nurses, ward nurses and auxiliaries to the theatre teams were highly professional, communicative and friendly.
Thank you for keeping up your work and standards despite Covid-19, and for handling Covid precautions so well to help us all feel safe.

This to me is the top Private Hospital in our area. Even with the new Covid measures the staff are still friendly and helpful and the hospital runs smoothly. The Parking is free and easy to access. The hospital is clean, bright and welcoming.

All the staff at Ashtead Hospital including the receptionist, nurse and consultant who I spoke with on the phone or saw at the appointment were patient, caring and took time to explain and clarify everything in a friendly and welcoming manner.
